2026 Food Vendor Registration

SHOW:  SATURDAY, March 7, 2026

Set-up may begin at noon on Friday and must be completed by 8:00 AM Saturday

Gates open at 8:00am to the Public

267 East Broad Avenue (U. S. Highway 84)

ENTRY FEE:  Food Vendors

 $350 – per space

  1. First 15 paid applications accepted. NO REFUNDSS
  2. Each participant is responsible for display setups, such as tables, tents, and equipment.
  3. Come by the information booth upon arrival for check-in. 
  4. A confirmation card will be sent by email or text when payment is received. Please save the confirmation to show at check-in.
  5. A copy of the current inspection certificate visible

*For vendors needing a 240V connection, the vendor must provide a 14-50P RV-style electric plug. Due to liabilities, hardwiring into the electrical panels is not allowed. 

No Dogs Allowed.

We reserve the right to refuse any application submitted. 

The Whigham Community Club is not responsible for any DAMAGE or LOSS. You should remain with your display at all times. By registering you agree to these terms.

Once you submit online you will receive an invoice from Talech on December 1, 2025, to pay your fee with debit or credit card. Once payment is made your reservation is secured and you will receive a text or email confirmation. The first fifteen food vendors that pay will be accepted.
