Display set- up may begin at noon on Friday and must be completed by 8:00 AM Saturday.
Gates open at 8:00 AM Saturday to the Public.
Physical Location: Rattlesnake Round-Up Grounds 267 East Broad Avenue (U. S. Highway 84) Whigham, Georgia 39897
ENTRY FEE: Food Vendors $350 – per space $400 after January 25, 2025

1.Each participant is responsible for display setup, such as tables, tents, and equipment.
2.Come to the information booth upon arrival for check in.
3.NO REFUNDS.
4.A confirmation will be sent by email or text when payment is received. Please save confirmation to show at check in.
5.A copy of current Georgia inspection certificate.

We reserve the right to refuse any application submitted. The Whigham Community Club is not responsible for any damage or loss. Once your application has been received and accepted you will receive an invoice. Please submit your payment, debit or credit, online through the link provided. Payment should be made within fifteen days. You will receive a confirmation for the event. There will be no refunds.
